Central North to host 2016 rep trials in Gunnedah

Are you a rugby junior looking to take your game to the next level? Then Central North Rugby Union wants to hear from you.

CNRU will holdrepresentative trials for Under12s to U18s playersin Gunnedah and Tamworth next month.

From there, players will beselectedto represent Central North atthe NSW Country Championship as well aspre-trial matches against other zones.

Players in the U14s to U18s also have the opportunity to gain selection for Country representative honours.

A CNRU spokesperson said astrong focus wouldbe placed on a disciplined and enjoyable atmosphere.

They addedthatplayers will come away with a stronger and more confident approach in their ability as well as new mates in rugby.

Further information regarding dates of trial games andvenues will be available on the day of trials.

Representative trials willbe held on Sunday, February 7 at the Gunnedah Rugby Club and February 21 at Tamworth Magpies Rugby Club at 10 am respectively.
