Choking-hazard drink bottle pulled from shelves

BIG W has recalled drink bottles from a range of back-to-school packs, as the product could contain a choking hazard.RETAILER BIG W is recalling water bottlesfrom the Back to School Backpack Bundle (various styles) due to risks the product contains a potential choking hazard.

There is a riskthe rubber top on the water bottle may become loose during use, which could result in it detaching from the bottle and creating a potential choking hazard.

BIG W is recalling the bottlesfrom the Back to School Backpack Bundle sold nationallyfrom 21 December 2015 to 21 January 2016.

Water bottles are being recalled from the following products:

Customers should immediately cease using the water bottle and return it to anyBIG W store for a refund of the product’s value.

All other components of the backpack bundle are not affected by the recall and can continue to be used.
