Escapees on the loose in western NSW

The pair aged 20 and 18 were last seen in Gongolgon about 3.45am Friday after disappearing from the Yetta Dhinnakkal correctional centre, which is about 70km south of Brewarrina.

Both men are of Aboriginal appearance. Lucas/Lukas Hines is described as being 170cm tall, 70kg with black hair and a slim build.

Paul Jackson is described as being 180cm tall, 70kg with long black hair and is of slim build.

Both men were wearing grey shirts at the time of their escape. An earlier release suggested the clothing had been green.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts has been asked not to approach the pair but to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
